Arcadia is Famous in these parts

One of the first things I heard fromour friends when we came back is "Did you know Arcadia is on the cover of a magazine?". Uhhh, nope. Well, here she is. Little Miss Cheetos face with her St. Patrick's day beads and all, working diligently on her Art Class project that she takes over at the College on Saturdays.
