playing with the lloyds

the weekend of new year's we went up to chicago to swap out couches and take care of a few apartment related issues. since we finally had a new tenant (who subsequently broke her lease and left the country 4 weeks later) we needed a place to stay so we called up our old friends who now live in the suburbs and got to hang out with them and play in the snow and go to a little restaurant where the burgers are delivered on the back of toy trains. we had a fun time and look forward to the spring when they come down and we get to show them around.
