On Friday night I took Arcadia out to meet Eoin Colfer and Artemis Fowl. We had an amazing time, and Eoin Colfer is one of the funniest people in person. If you have a chance to see his Artemis Rocks! show I can't recommend it enough.
Arcadia was petrified to stand with Artemis. It stems from her debilitating fear of mascots. I was kind of a mean mom and told her to buck up and stand in front of him. She will thank me some day.
Note to self: Do not have short people take your picture.
