i love macy's clearance sales


i am so giddy about my shopping find at macy's yesterday. while johannes was off skiing and arcadia was at a dance class with girl scouts i went with the boys to the macy's MLK day sale. i was able to use part of my christmas gift card to buy this amazing jacket. it needs to be fitted in the back but i can't wait to wear it. and the collar folds down for a completely different, less severe look. best macy's purchase in a long time. matthijas got a fuzzy skull pillow because he spent the entire hour coughing all over it. but he made me cut off the pink tag.

    thats really cute. I have a white shirt that looks almost exactly like that and erin thinks i look like an elizabethian queen with the frilly collar.. i just think its cute.. oh how do you do the transfer paper.. did you just print in on the paper and iron on???

    yeah, you just buy a pack of Epson brand iron-on cool peel transfer paper. i buy mine with the labels and printer paper. you pick a picture, print and after about 2-3 minutes of a super hot iron you have your images transferred. made sure to pre-shrink any fabric. the longer you can iron the better the color transfers.
