Last weekend Johannes had planned to take Arcadia snorkeling as a surprise and at the very last minute (like 5 minute before the bus left) Matthijas and Jenean crashed the party and decided to come too.
We took a tour bus down to the coast (enduring a flat tire along the way) and because it was snorkeling not lounging we went to a sort of rocky area where some local guys were loafing and fishing. It turned out that there wasn't really anything to see, except the amazing clear blue water, the rocks and the occasional school of guppies.
Nonetheless, it was a nice day and Arcadia had a lot of fun holding on to Johannes as he swam (with goggle and fins and wet suit of course!) and she floated along. Meanwhile, Matthijas and Jenean floated near the shore and searched unsuccessfully for shells (although Jenean did find a nice purple sea urchin while walking around on the rocks).
