Today I got my first real piece of jewelery from Johannes. My wedding ring doesn't count because I actually has to be in charge of that because Johannes has always preferred to be a "cash man" and didn't have any consumer credit.
He has gotten me jewelery for a lot of holidays in the past few years but this is the first year they didn't come from Target. He is able to occassionally go into the "Green Zone" area where people live and do some shopping. He bought Arcadia a beautiful wooden jewelery box with differnt colored wood and mother of pearl inlay. He got me a bracelet with rubies, emeralds, onyx and a sapphire.
