For our anniversary (back in September) Johannes and I went down to the Delmar Loop, and while we were there I bought us a present, tickets to Matsiyahu. Which I am really glad I did because it was a sold out show. And he did the first stage dive I have seen in many many years.
I love listening to him. He is so ecclectic and watching him dance on stage was cool because it was a mixture of ska (from his reggae side) and old Jewish tradidtional dances. He had a few friends onstage with him like Kosha Dillz and Trevor Hall, and another Jewish traditional dancer. He makes some great Sunday music singing about Old Testament stories in a way that you wouldn't expect.
