As we were concluding our cross-country adventure we stopped off for our last meal on the road at a Route 66 family diner in Dwight, Illinois where we ate greasy grilled cheese sandwiches and fries and pushed on through the night with a little help from Johannes' new friend "Vault" and made it home safe and exhausted.
