I pulled out my sewing machine for the first time since about last Christmas when I fixed a hem for my nanny on her skirt. Our bishop's wife is having twin boys next week, so I figured it was a good time to get back in the groove. I found this really cute striped corduroy and went in search of complimentary fabrics. Although I call these my 3 hour quilts, they took me a lot longer than I expected this time around. I'm out of practice.
Those are cute. I've wanted to make some quilts but my machine is in Idaho. I might just go buy a cheap one for now...
