I have always cut Matthijas' hair myself but I have recently been having problems with the amount of power running through our house. We have 110V (US) outlets and 220 V (EU) outlets, and the 110's seem to be running with too much gusto, so it overloads small appliances (like hair clippers). So I trimmed the top myself and then took him to Ali, the Barber.
When I cut his hair Matthijas screams but when Ali took the clippers to his hair he just got a terrible case of the giggles and could hardly sit still. He giggled and squirmed, but he did a good job, and got a nice piece of Turkish candy for being such a good boy.
